Returns and Refunds: We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in arrive in perfect condition, however, a return or an exchange request can be made. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. Return/Exchange Guidelines Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below: 1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 14 days upon receipt. 2: Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the items arrived damaged or you received a wrong item. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item or a wrong item. 3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, closed unopened and unused. 4: After our warehouse staff receive the parcel, check all item/s that are in good condition, we will arrange refund. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
